We are a small Family Practice found in the heart of Portersville, Pa. Our philosophy is to provide individual care to all our patients across the life span. We treat each of our patients in a warm, friendly atmosphere as if you are a friend or family member.
I, Cory Wilhite finished my Advanced Nursing Degree at Carlow University in 2011 and stayed on as Adjunct faculty for the Nurse Practitioner Program. I have an extensive history in Critical Care and Emergency Room Nursing. Starting my Advanced Nursing Career in Family Medicine I worked in Urgent care and Emergency medicine prior to realizing my true passion, in Family Medicine.
Our services include promoting wellness and health along with Acute and Chronic Disease Management, minor procedures and CDL/DOT physicals. We are looking to offer our community and the surrounding areas with quality, individualized care for the entire family.
